Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made prior to two weeks before a program start date (or one week, in the case of single day programming, such as PA Day camps) in order to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made up to 24hrs prior to the programming start are eligible for a credit towards future programming.

In the case of after-school programming and weekend classes, make-up classes are available for any missed class if a week's notice is given prior to the absence.

We will always try to accommodate refunds, program credit, or a make-up class if a cancellation occurs due to illness.
COVID-19 Policy
Release of Liability
Masks are highly encouraged, but no longer mandated, at SkyBlue Studio. Staff are required to be vaccinated with minimum 3 doses.

Students are not permitted to attend their programming if they are feeling unwell, exhibiting any symptoms, or testing positive for COVID-19. Students recovering from a recent illness and continuing to exhibit mild symptoms should remained masked indoors.
While SkyBlue Studio staff and instructors will make every reasonable effort to minimize exposure to known risks associated with each Registrant's (defined below) participation in a SkyBlue Studio program (“Program”), I hereby acknowledge that my child may be required, depending on the nature of the Program, to participate in various physical activities that may involve risk of injury. In this regard, I agree that I have provided (if required) a complete and accurate record of special needs and allergies and hereby permit the Registrant to participate in the full range of Program activities, except as specifically noted by me in the medical conditions and allergies section of the Program registration (where applicable).
I hereby waive and release SkyBlue Studio, its officers, directors, agents, volunteers, and employees, from and against any claims, suits, losses, or related causes of action for damages, including attorney’s fees and court costs, that may result from injury or death, accidental or otherwise, during, or arising from my child’s participation in the Program, including transportation to and from activities associated with the program, and any resulting illness and/or injury, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkyBlue Studio from and against any and all such claims.
In case of emergency, I give my permission for emergency medical treatment of my child and for transportation to such treatment.
